Frank Lampard ramped up his work at USM Finch Farm this week as he put his players through a series of intense training sessions ahead of Saturday's trip to Southampton.
Spirit was high in the camp following last weekend's 3-0 win over Leeds United, but focus was firmly on building on that success at St Mary's this weekend.

Not sure if there was a lack of content in previous managers training videos, this looks to be covering a lot more ground and new things we've not seen before. Mostly, the lads look to be much more engaged and actually having fun. Great to see.

there looks to be more emphasis on the ball and playing into the final third. the sounds of encouragement is also noticeable. Having winners like Lampard and Cole can only be a good thing for the squad.
