Most likeable Everton team & manager I’ve seen in a long time. Even if the performances aren’t perfect what matters is the team spirit, grit, determination. The fans have their club back.

That inverted triangle in the middle is the catalyst for us getting points now. Gueye is such good protection for the CBs, Onana is a beast and Iwobi's revival is shockingly good. Dwight McNeil also has a rocket of a shot on him, reminds me of Podolski.

The difference between last year and this year is quite stark. We now have a proper team, with strong character and genuine leaders. If we keep going in this direction and stay lucky with injuries it might take us further than we think possible right now. Well done also to Everton for doing these videos and dong what they can to continue to build the connection between the club and the fans. It's important. It was lost for many years in truth, you can see now the importance of it and the difference it can make. UTFT

Melvyns1975.......Yeah Alan Ball was a pure winner!....he never stopped running...and inspired everyone around him...and he could score goals...along with what Evertonians called...The Holy Trinity..💙 Ball, Harvey, Kendall...Alan Ball was like the orchestrator of everything Everton did....which led to the constant chant ...Who's the greatest of them all?..little curly Alan Ball....💙 I'm so blessed to have seen him play in an Everton shirt..💙

Started very slow in the first half and did not end chances against better teams we would have been punished... still a long way to go but okay three points... still need more players.
