Absolutely adore Coleman, met him at an Everton event a few years back and asked for a quick photo... he stopped me and had a full on conversation with me, didn't expect him to take the time out of his day for that absolutely a top bloke... MY CAPTAIN!

same happened to me when he first signed for us I saw him in river island in town asked him for a picture and he had a proper conversation with me, loved him ever since

@@James-vk1jr Love that story. It's not the media training (he was a kid), it's not the Captain's role (he wasn't), it's not that he's Irish (Roy Keane is Irish!), it's just the measure of the man. He cares. He cares about fans, he cares about people, he cares about the club. This season must have been torture for him. My Captain!

Arsenal fan here, Coleman's a top guy took photos with so many people during the arsenal vs everton game at Baltimore, whereas other players from both teams mostly ignored us, great great guy, props to him!

I remember being at a game when Tim took a bad knock but played on with the injury, and Hibbo sent in a back pass that was a bit pacey and he managed to oggy it into the net. I'll never forget a lad in the park end singing "He scores when he wants..." Love our club. :)
