TOWER RENOVATION CONTINUES | Latest Everton Stadium footage

Жыл бұрынRenovation works on the historic Hydraulic Tower and Engine room is complementing the progress being made at Everton Stadium.
The Grade II tower, built in 1883 and an integral part of daily life during the dock’s heyday, has been clad in scaffolding since early into the build process, to protect it from vibrations caused by the compacting of the sand used to infill the former dock and provide the foundations for the stadium.
In the interim, work has been ongoing to restore it to its former glory, brick by brick, with internal works also moving at pace to transform the building for future use.

Without doubt the ground location is the best in the country. The big issue is how do home and away supporters get in and out of the area. Is there to be a rail link ? I suppose they could boat away supporters in.

Have you noticed about the everton dock move it all seems to be about the Dock ground nobody seems to be mentioning the road outside the Dock ground if everton move ground and they leave that road as it is outside the Dock ground its going to take hours getting to the match and the same getting to houses after the match, your going to have congestion outside and near the dock ground plus the rail network won't be able to handle the crowds eg match people and people leaveing work etc, your going to have 30 thousand cars maybe more plus coaches etc decending there the congestion is going to be horrendous and there is very limited parking outside or near the dock ground

There is the dock road and county road north to south , Sandhills station ,bus stops into the city and it a 15mins walk to Leeds street on the edge of town so I don;t know where your coming from saying it will be a problem , it will be no more difficult than getting out of Goodison

with the construction of the new stadium, Everton had to rely on native English academy-trained players and use several foreign players so that Everton would become an example of an English club relying on English players

You call yourselves “the people’s club” but sell the city’s status and ignore what people may think, just because all you lot love the idea and think it means nothing to others. You’re not the people’s club. You’re a joke to the city. The same reason you say people come to Liverpool is football, yet you lot mock international Liverpool fans… nobody comes to see Everton. You jumped on there, so when tourist come the waterfront, they can say “who’s stadium is that?” Boost your clubs tourism, NOT THE CITY’S. Finally the tour guides at Everton will have something to do.

Moshiri is rushing the Dock move through then he is going to put season ticket prices up at least another 2 to 3 hundred pounds and try and make his money back this way then sell the club plus moshiri isnt putting anymore of his own money into the everton team, everton need a owner who wants to stay at our unique home and ground goodison Park and who wants to put money into the everton team moshiri out
