From the outside, SoL seems a fantastic stadium and Sunderland did relatively well after moving there for 20 years. Only became a real basket case from 2017 it seems

Getting closer every week! Can't wait for the first match here. Does anyone know what they'll do between the pitch being done and us moving in? It's something like 13-14 months isn't it if we don't play there until August 2025? Even though we get the keys in December. Just curious if they literally just mow the grass for months.

Yeah more less, just testing e everything installing other things, make sure the toilets all work, maybe closer to the first match they'll have events for fans to come in big sizes and see if the food courts work.

I'd imagine a few womens/u21 matches maybe a few concerts if it's not a risk to a new pitch to see how it functions for multi purpose

All seems to be about the dock ground nobody seems to be mentioning the road outside the dock ground if everton move ground and they leave that road as it is outside the ground it's going to take hours getting to the match and the same getting to houses after the match plus the rail network won't be able to handle the crowds eg match people and people leaving work etc it's going to be chaos your going to have 30 thousand cars maybe more plus coaches etc decending there the congestion is going to be horrendous and there is very limited parking outside or near the dock ground
